William Roger Franklin Obituary
We announce the death of William Roger Franklin of Louisburg, North Carolina, who passed away on June 16, 2026, at the age of 77. William will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, L. J. Franklin and Viola Rosetta Lark Franklin; his wife Jaquline Franklin; his son Tommy Franklin; and his siblings, Tommy G. Franklin, Michael Franklin, Luther Franklin and JoAnn Franklin.
He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Wester (Kenneth); his siblings, Donnie Franklin (Ann), Barry Franklin, Raymond Franklin (Brenda) and Sherry Hitchcock; his friend David Patterson; and his adoptive daughter Carol Fuller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
