She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertie Richardson and Cleo Moncus Richardson; and her husband Omer Glen Lowe. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Dean, Doug Richardson and Doris Hodges; her daughter-in-law Betty Lowe; her sons, Tony Lowe and Mark Lowe; her grandchildren, Mark Austin Lowe, Amanda Graham (Daniel), Candace Lowe and Stephanie Roberts (Richard); and her brothers, McKinley Richardson, Billy Gray Richardson and Winford Richardson (Becky). She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roaring Gap Baptist Church (1855 Ramey Creek Rd, Lowgap, NC 27024). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Fisher Gap Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (580 Carson Creek Rd, Lowgap, NC 27024).
