He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Franklin and Betty Jo Southern Marsh; his wife Carolyn Elizabeth Smithers Marsh; his children, Billy (Amber Marsh), Mike (Heather Marsh) and Jennifer; his son-in-law David Wills of Lowgap; his stepdaughter-in-law Angela Edwards of Woodlawn, VA; his grandchildren, Kenneth Wills, Trevor Marsh, Taylor Marsh, Kacey Wills, Cloe Marsh and Kennedy Marsh; his sister Lynn Marsh; and his brother-in-law Eric Godfrey of Mount Airy.
