He is survived by: his parents, Michael Keith and Tammy King Lewis; his daughters, Kaylynn (Victor Pivaral), Kayden Church and Gracie Lewis; his brother Joshua Phillip Lewis; and his nephews, Ryder Lewis and Alex Spainhour.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Moody Funeral Services (206 W Pine St, Mt Airy, NC 27030). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Salem Fellowship Church Cemetery (2591 Wards Gap Rd, Mt Airy, NC 27030).
