Joyce Raper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2026, at the age of 67, Joyce Raper of Lucama, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Zachary Raper; her parents, Calvin E. Taylor and Dorothy Farmer Taylor; her brother William Taylor; and her sister-in-law Amy Foster Taylor.
She is survived by: her husband Donnie Raper; her daughter Lori Wood (Barry) of Fremont; her grandchildren, Aaron Wood of Wilson, Victoria Wood of Lucama and Hope Wood of Knightdale; and her siblings, Janice Ford of Kinston, Susan Bullock (Michael) of Wilson and Jimmy Taylor of Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
