We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024, Joyce Walston of Lucama, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Wilson Walston and Cleo Belle McKeel Walston; and her brothers, William "Bo" Walston and Claude Walston. She is survived by : her sister Lynda Mooring (Bobby) of Lucama; and her nieces and nephews, Annette Walston, Deena Mellons, Michele Winstead, Riley Grimes, Todd O'Neal, Mark Walston and Jayden Cavenaugh.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Wilson Memorial Service (2811 Fieldstream Dr N, Wilson, NC 27896). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at 2:45 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lucama Church of God, PO Box 40, Lucama, NC 27851.
