He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Welker and Faustina B Rouse; his sisters, Nancy Rouse and Ruth Rouse; and his daughter Jennifer Monique Rouse.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; and his children, Allen Rouse (Katie) and Karen Mills (David) of Lucama.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joyner's Funeral Home (4100 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Little Rock Ofwb Church (6115 Little Rock Church Rd, Lucama, NC 27851).
