The memory of Joan Balfour (Lumber Bridge, North Carolina), who passed away on November 23, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harlow and Louise Harlow; and her husband John Balfour Sr.. She is survived by: her son John (Suzanne); her grandsons, Jonathan (Bailey) and Glenn (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Jones, Jennings, Jameson and Gracie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lumber Bridge Presbyterian Church (400 N Fayetteville St, Lumber Bridge, NC 28357). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Lumber Bridge Presbyterian Church Music Department.
