He is survived by: his children, Dustin Jacobs (Nicole) of Pembroke and Valisa Jacobs of Lumberton; his siblings, Philip Jacobs of Oklahoma, Aubrey Jacobs of Red Springs, Mark Jacobs of Tennessee, Ardell Lowery of Pembroke, Dexter Jacobs of Fairmont, Lee Edward Jacobs of Virginia, Carolyn Frie of Oklahoma, Bridgette Jacobs of Red Springs and Stanley Chavis; his grandchildren, Kayden Bullard, James Conner Bakken and Koi Tyee Jacobs; and his caregiver Christina Oxendine. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
