She was predeceased by: her parents, Houston Bolin and Leona Bolin. She is survived by: her husband Howard Lee Locklear; her son Cedric Locklear; her sister Beatrice Oxendine; her son Darryl Locklear; her brother Ralph Bolin; and her grandchildren, Grady Locklear, Zjonna and Jasmine Locklear.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (3575 N Roberts Ave, Lumberton, NC 28360). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at the Oxendine Cemetery (781 Rennert Rd, Lumberton, NC 28360).
