We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2023, at the age of 95, Annie Ruth Smith of Lumberton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Willoughby; her husband James Robert "Junior" Smith, Jr.; and her siblings, Jim Baker Willoughby and Peggy Willoughby Somers. She is survived by: her sons, James "Jimmy" William Smith (Lavon) of Dunn, NC and Mitchell "Mickey" Ray Smith (Kathy) of Lumberton, NC; and her siblings, Alton Willoughby (Donna) of Lumberton, NC, Robert Willoughby (Sandy) of Lumberton, NC, Olga Byrd of Fayetteville, NC and Reba Taylor of DeLand, FL.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
