He is survived by: his mother Ashley Ratliff (Shakeen Smith); his stepfather Quentin Locklear; his siblings, Jermaine Emanuel, Kolby Bethea, Elliot Bethea Jr., Shakeen Smith Jr., Joseph Locklear (Big Brother), Ashleia Emanuel, Nariya Locklear, Whitney Locklear, Elayna Bethea and Miranda Bullard; his grandparents, Sheila Edler, Charles Clark and Polly Locklear; his aunts and uncles, Amber Ratliff (Craig), Crystal Locklear (Jason), Ashley Milligan, Taiwan Smith, Daquan Smith, Jamel Smith and Jameel Smith; his cousins, Rhett, Isaiah, Brian, Angelina, Clarissa, Rebakah, Amberly, Ashton, Charity and Jamel Smith Jr.; and his friends, Quamil, Clump, Quamarion, Jalan and Javarius. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
