He is survived by: his wife Nancy Catherine "Cathy" Hunt; his sons, Ardeen Hunt, Jr. (Belinda) of Fairmont, NC and Jerome Hunt (Lisa) of Red Springs, NC; his adoptive son André Smith of Florida; his daughter Frances Hunt Lowery (Greg) of Lumberton, NC; the mother of his children Foncine Hunt of Fairmont, NC; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hunt, Colin Deen Hunt, Hannah Lowery, Colby Deen Hunt, Cal Hunt and Daniel Lowery; his great grandchild Weston Deen Hunt; his siblings, Larece Hunt of Fairmont, NC, Gerald Hunt of Lumberton, NC, Ruth Goins of Sebring, FL, Mabel Revels of Maxton, NC and Nezzie Hunt of Fairmont, NC; and his close friend Paul Hunt of Rowland, NC..
