He is survived by: his children, Danny Strickland (Cloanne) of Lumberton, Cathy Grubb (Geoff) of Lumberton, Vicki Hunt (Terry) of Lumberton, Terri Haggins of Lumberton and Billy Strickland (Christin) of Lumberton; and his siblings, Doris Locklear (John) of Lumberton, AC Strickland (Rosalind) of Lumberton and Bobby Strickland of Lumberton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
