She was predeceased by: her mother Deloris Chavis Mangum; and her grandparents, Sam Chavis and Audia Hunt Chavis. She is survived by: her son Justin Lorenzo Chavis of Lumberton; her aunts, Regina Hardin (Jerry) of Fairmont, Lou Greenway (Ken) of Fairmont and Sharma Carter (Bud) of Fairmont; and her uncle Willard Chavis (Mary Lois). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Floyd Funeral Services, Inc. (3047 McDonald Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Reedy Branch Baptist Church (3047 McDonald Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340). A burial will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at the Reedy Branch Baptist Church Cemetery (3047 McDonald Rd, Fairmont, NC 28340).
