She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Matthies; her son John; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her daughter Amy; her husband Thomas; her daughter-in-law Kelly; her granddaughter Jordan; her siblings, Joyce Scholten (Lyle) of Corsicana, TX, Roxanne Johnson (Jerry) of Sioux Falls, SD, Harvey of Andover, MN, John (Judy) of Hartford, SD, Henry (Linda) of Hartford, SD and Douglas of Hartford, SD; her friends, Judy Reiter, Janet Crumpler and Melody Hager; and her pet Punky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
