She was predeceased by: her father Billy Scott; and her son Jonathan Sanderson. She is survived by: her husband Kirk Sanderson; her children, Shawn Sanderson, Dillon Sanderson, Steve Grant and Mahogany Sinclair; her sisters, Tammie Best and Sherry Locklear; her mother-in-law Barbara Sanderson; her sisters-in-law, Sabarina and Hoody Sanderson; her siblings' children, Torie Campbell, Destiny Chavis, Hope Chavis, Shelena Sanderson, Nathan, Jeremy Jones and Brandon Locklear; and her aunt Sara Mae Scott. She is also survived by four great nephews; 7 great nieces; and a host of family and friends.
