He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Hunt and Gertrude Hunt; and his sister Lois Hunt. He is survived by: his wife Rosie Mae; his children, Rose Mary Hunt and Scotty Ray Hunt of Trinity, NC; his siblings, Gerald "Pete" Hunt of Wilmington, NC, Hollis "Bobby Ray" Hunt Jr. (Kathy "Kitten") of High Point and Brenda Hunt (Dennis Hunt) of Pembroke; his granddaughters, Tiffany, Kimberly and Alison; and his great grandchildren, Christopher and Connor Ray.
