He is survived by: his children, Anthony Owens, Marie Green of Monroe, Billy Faye Staller and Renee Jackson (Curtis); and his siblings, Jimmie Earl Owens of Seattle, WA, Ronald Bruce Owens of Lumberton, Marie Coley of Fayetteville, Sue Neil Roberts of Oak Island and Beverly Milligan of Siler. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
