He was predeceased by: his father Otis Cummings; and his siblings, Randy, Coolidge, Nelson, Billy Ray Cummings and Connie Cummings.

He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Cummings (Geraldine), Charles Cummings (Rose), Vernell Cummings (Lori), Tony Cummings, Timmy Cummings (Nita), Otis Cummings Jr. and Faye Cummings. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
