It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cannan Scott of Lumberton, North Carolina, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 15, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Cannan farewell, let us not mourn the absence of their physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of their spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Cannan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, their energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Revels Funeral Home (3575 N Roberts Ave, Lumberton, NC 28360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Sandcutt Cemetery.
