He is survived by: his wife Deloris Ballard; his children, Adriane Takeall, Stephanie Takeall, Glenn Williamsel, Carlette Ballard-Vital and Carl Lee Ballard; and his siblings, James Ballard, Deloris McKoy, Jewel King, Gloria Whitted and Samantha Hill.
