He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ida L. Jacobs; his mother Elmira Hunt Norton; and his siblings, Sonny Norton, Joe, Howard, Tom Jacobs, Helen Collins, Mary Lee, Brenda Jacobs (Donnie), Phyllis Jacobs (Edward) and Rev. Cathy Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Quenga Hunt; his children, Flora Carswell (Andrew), Sabrina (Garrett), Stiltner, Sophia Hunt, Malani, Trisha Paulino (Armon) and Derek Paulino; his brothers, Kenford and Leon Jacobs (Connie); and his grandchildren, Veronica, Victoria, Melea, Michael and Alex.
