She was predeceased by: her parent Callie Warren Taylor; her husband James Arthur Lassiter; and her father Theodore "Big T" Taylor. She is survived by: her children, James Lassiter (Abby) and Taylor Lassiter; her grandchildren, Amelia, Kalila, Kaylee and Kenori; and her siblings, Robert Taylor and Gennifer Taylor. She is also survived by cousins, extended family, church family, and friends.
