She was predeceased by: her father Lofty McMillan; her mother-in-law Cherry Bowen McMillan; her grandmother Reola McMillan; and her brother James Corey McMillan. She is survived by: her mother Eva Mae Oxendine McMillan of Maxton; her siblings, John Allen Oxendine (Janetta) of Pembroke, Lofty Locklear Jr. of Pembroke, Shanwte Oxendine of Maxton, Eugene Sampson (Gene) of Winston Salem, Nanette Sampson Jennings of Rowland and Tesha Sampson of Pembroke; and her nieces and nephews, Colton Allen Oxendine, Brenda Jacobs, Asieona McMillian, Corey Dial and Javen McMillian. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
