She is survived by: her parents, Denise Hammond of Lumberton and Edward Reimer (Sandy Jacobs) of Lumberton; her grandparents, Edith Chavis of Lumberton and Richard Reimer of Altoona, Pennsylvania; her siblings, Brandon Corey Hammonds and Meagan Leigh Reimer "Hammonds" (Steven Causey) of Lumberton; her fiancé Jorge Martin Tyndall of Lumberton; her sons, Brantly Dustin Hammonds (Malaki Bryson Tyndall) and A'vianna Jade Tyndall; and her mother-in-law Chrissy Tyndall of Maxton.
