She was predeceased by: her father Earl Scott; and her husband Sequoria Locklear. She is survived by: her mother Adlean Locklear Scott of Maxton; her children, Sequoria N. Locklear of Lumberton, Christian N. Locklear of Lumberton, Joshua E. Locklear of Lumberton and Chrislain Locklear of Maxton; her sisters, Victoria Locklear (Tracy) of Wagram and Rhonda Scott of Pembroke; and her grandchildren, Ashwin, Tailan and Tairesa. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, other relative and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leitch Creek Baptist Church (7960 Gaddy's Mill Rd, Maxton, NC 28364). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
