Locklear (Phillip) of Lumberton, NC, Richard Locklear of Lumberton, NC and Brett Locklear of Lumberton, NC; and her siblings, Johnny Locklear (Beverly), Alton Locklear (Deloise) and Lyre Lowry (Wilkie). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
