Locklear; his sisters, Ella Allen, Elizabeth Taylor, Inez Locklear and Sally Stone; his caregiver Ann Locklear; and his brothers, Casey, Tilmer, Richard Fletcher (Abud) and Plaze Pierce.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Gwen, Rhonda, Neva Ali, Keisya and Christopher; his sister Margie Thompson; and his niece Wanda Oxendine. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
