He is survived by: his wife Heather Locklear; his sons, Damien Cole Fields of Fayetteville, Gage Junior Fields of Fayetteville, Trevor O'Ryan Locklear and Holden Kent Fields; his stepson James Franklin Locklear Jr. of Lumberton; his siblings, Willie Cherokee Fields of Lumber Bridge, Jerry Dwayne Fields of Lumberton, Nichola Ann Fields of Lumber Bridge and Sandra Ann Fields of Red Springs; his grandmother Edith Deese of Pembroke; his niece Yolanda Fields; and his uncle Renferd Scott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
