She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee Davis and Eva Frances Prevatte Davis; her husband Roy Maurice Lamb; her siblings, Alton Watts Davis, Bahnson Davis, Inez Jackson, Margaret Stallings and Julia McLaurin; and her great grandchild Brandon Dixon.

She is survived by: her children, Tim Lamb (Cyndi) of Lumberton, NC, Frances Smith (Tony) of Lumberton, NC, Gwyn Smith of Lumberton, NC, Polly Britt of Lumberton, NC, Jennifer Rogers (Wavon) of Lumberton, NC and Peggy Moore of Winston-Salem, NC; and her grandchildren, Shannon Stone, Steven Pait, Jody Pait, Benji Smith, Chelsey Beasley, Allison Branch, Randy Lamb and Staci Lamb. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Floyd Memorial Chapel (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358).
