He is survived by: his wife Annette Oxendine Dial; his children, Karen Dial and Craig Dial (Christina); his grandchildren, Colton Barnes (Jenna), Kamryn Locklear, Shelby Dial and Eli Dial; his great grandchild Ezra Scott; and his siblings, Elanor Bullard, Listern Dial (Eva), Kelly Dial (Rosa), Kallett Yerovsek Ellery (Jim), Bertha Garner (Ken), Raybon Dial (Paulette) and Betty Brum (Joe).
