He is survived by: his wife Flora Chavis Locklear; his sons, Kip C. Locklear (Sandra) of Lumberton, Kenny Locklear (Christy) of Lumberton, Mark Locklear and Jamie Locklear (Towonaka) of Rowland; and his siblings, Wilford Locklear (Melissa) of Laurinburg, Ann Jones (Martin) of Lumberton, Ethel Locklear of Lumberton, Sheila Lowery (David) of Lumberton, Carol Chavis (David) of Lumberton and Lora Oxendine of Maxton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
