He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Wilkins and Lillian Smith; and his wife Ruby E. Gregory. He is survived by: his children, Donal D. Wilkins (Cheryl) and Rose Flowers; his granddaughters, Andrea Starnes (Kenny), Lisa Hunt (Dale) and Nichelle Jones; and his great grandchildren, Greg, Sydney, Lora, Chase and David.
