Locklear, Calondra L. Locklear, Paxton A. Locklear and Keithan Strickland; his granddaughter Kaisley Strickland; his father Jackie Locklear (Diane) of Rowland, NC; his grandmother Mary Frances Hunt of Rowland, NC.; his sisters, Kim Locklear (Lee), Melissa Locklear (Justin), Myra and Della Hunt; his parents-in-law, Ernest Bell III and Tammy Bell; his cousins, Eugenia Walton, Mia Stone and Tyler Paige Locklear; and his close friend Michael Richardson. He was also cherished by brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins, and the extended family.
