He is survived by: his sons, Donavan Lewis of Rowland and Dylan Lewis of Rowland; his stepson Danny McDowell (Christonya) of Latta; his daughters, Briana Hunt (Chris) of Rowland, Heather Chavis (Teresa) of Hope Mills, Nicole Dial of Fairmont and Leslie Lewis (Quintin) of Red Springs; his stepdaughter Roxanne Wallace (Anthony) of Latta; his siblings, James Lewis of Fairmont, Roger Lewis of Fairmont, Jeff Lewis of Fairmont, Ralph Lewis (Debbie) of Fairmont, Tim Lewis (Liz) of Lumberton, Agenora Chavis of Lumberton, Elaine Lewis of Lumberton and Regina Branch of Lumberton; and his friends, Nikki Locklear, Chrystal Holmes and Kim Locklear. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
