She is survived by: her children, Dr. Dalton P. Brooks Jr. (Jean Brooks) of Lumberton, Danielle B. Locklear (Charlie Locklear) and Dori B. West (Danny West) of Pembroke; her grandchildren, Dominique Brooks, Dr. Dalton P. Brooks III (Nikki), Oscar Locklear Attorney, Damilia B. Quintanilla (JJ), Olivia Locklear, Leah L. Shaw (Jeremy), Liam Locklear, Dannah W. Pittman (Logan) and Darrah West; her great grandchildren, Carlos Brooks, Jay Quintanilla, Myla Brooks, Delilah Quintanilla, Dalton Brooks IV and Kyle Shaw; and her siblings, Roger Jacobs, Sylvia Krajewski, Alice Scott, Gayle Brackett, Nancy Blue, Mary Lonie Locklear and Judy Jacobs Tuttle.
