She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Edwin Davis; her parents, Jasper Young Baker, Sr. and Lela Bessie Lee Baker; and her siblings, Virginia Williams, Nell Alford, Thel Baker and Bill Baker.
She is survived by: her brother Ed Baker (Edith); her children, Henrietta Nance (Cliff), Kenneth Davis, Darryl Davis (Cheryl), Gary Davis (Elaine) and James Davis; and her grandchildren, Jamie Davis, Lori Davis, Lee Ann Walker (Kevin), Ryan Nance, Mathew Nance (Tierney O'Sullivan) and Callie Davis (Carson McGuffin). She is also survived by her ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chestnut Street Methodist Church (200 E 8th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
