Copeland; his siblings, John Copeland, Leroy Copeland and Vastine Simmons; his daughter Rose McMillian (Fred); his grandchildren, Tabitha Shaw, Alvon McMillian and David McMillian; and his great grandchildren, Dayquan, Demond, Shanyeya, Radesha, Shatara, Kadashja, Tanequa and Destinee.
He is survived by: his significant other Letha Mae Hickman; his sisters, Katie Copeland Powell of Lumberton, NC, Mildred Sims (late Bennie Sims) of Queens and Edna C. Howell (late Arthur Harrell) of Queens; and his sisters-in-law, Janice Stephens and Earline McLellan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
