Jacobs; his wife Sallie Oxendine Wilkins; his children, Robert Wilkins, Violet Rose Thompson and Gladys Marie Locklear; and his siblings, Eutie Wilkins, Lee Wilkins, Elmer Wilkins, Elbert Jacobs, Delbert Jacobs, Margie Jones, Idell Locklear and Evelyn Jacobs.
He is survived by: his children, Otis Wilkins (Reba), Odell Wilkins (Martha) of Lumberton, NC, Jerry Wilkins (Rose) of Shannon, NC, Peggy Chavis (Belated Robert), Darlene Locklear (Belated Sorbin) of Lumberton, NC and Sandra Mitchell of Shannon, NC.; his caregiver Melissa Mitchell; his children, Monroe Locklear (Louise) and Mary Alice Smith (Artis) of St. Pauls, NC; and his grandson Johnny Ray Wilkins. He is also survived by thirty grandchildren, seventy-three great grandchildren, and thirty-six great-great grandchildren.
