He was predeceased by: his father Henry Thomas Bullard; his wife Edna Rae Bullard (Ivey); and his siblings, Henry, David, Jimmy Bullard, Alice Evers and Gracie Bullard.
He is survived by: his brother TJ Bullard of Lumberton; his daughters, Edna Mayes (Russell) of Lumberton, Deborah Norris (Glenn) of Lumberton, Sylvia Myers (Donnie), Myrtle Beach and Donna Smith (Mark) of Sumter; and his grandchildren, Marica Fisher (Dwayne), Robin Smith (Ryan Stone), Monica Webster, Tiffany Hardee (Jason), Matthew Norris (Kiara), Benjamin Blake (Holly), Allyson Davis (Dustin), Cole Myers, Chad Barnes (Chandler) and Samantha Strickland (Mario). He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
