He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ed, Mae Jacobs, Ashley and Mary Maggie Pevia; his sister Tammy Jacobs; his aunt Carolyn Lowery; and his cousin Tonya Locklear.
He is survived by: his wife Diane O. Pevia; his children, Tiffany Oxendine (Ryan), Brittani Hunt (David) and Devon Oxendine (Taylor); his grandchildren, Greylon, Nova, Taylon, Alexa and Little Ryder; his parents, Ernest Pevia and Jackie Pevia of Lumberton; his sisters, Stacie Smith of Michigan and Carol Eddings of Lumberton; his nieces and nephews, Dakota Eddings (Carol Ann), Donavon Smith, Courtney Smith and Rittie Oxendine; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Oxendine, Brantley Oxendine, Richard Rojas, Chris Jones, Sue, Melissa and Stacy. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
