He is survived by: his significant other Linda McMillian; his siblings, Jimmy Cox (Satsue) of Florida, Eloise Locklear (Roger), Barbara Oxendine (Oscar) and Wanda McNeill (Kenny) of Lumberton; his children, Natasha Lynn Ralston of Lumberton, Patrick Cox of Pembroke, Franklin T. Locklear of Lumberton and James Franklin Cox; and his stepdaughters, Monica McMillan (Julie) of Florida and Candita Carter (Joseph) of Hope Mills. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; one great grand-daughter; numerous nieces and nephews; and a vast host of relatives and friends.
