She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Hayes and Marjorie Hayes; and her brother Duane. She is survived by: her siblings, Floyd Hayes, Melodi Hayes, Stephanie Jarvis (Reed) and Luanne Lasnier (Ken); her nephew Matthew Hayes (Julia); her great-nephew Henry Hayes; and her niece Lindsey Glover.
