He is survived by: his wife Lucille Dalton Ward; his sons, Randy Ward (Sandra) of Clinton, NC and Michael Ward (Nancy) of Lumberton, NC; and his sisters, Doris Leviner Smith of Virginia and Diane May (Jim) of Colorado. He is also survived by two grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
