He is survived by: his wife Anetra Dial Carter; his grandchild Camri Noel Dial; his siblings, Lacy Jack Carter (Lillian) and Carolyn Sue Hunt of Lumberton; and his friend Lonnie Deese. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
