He is survived by: his children, Tanya Rae Prevatte Lloyd (Steve), Rannah Jean Prevatte Clifton (Daniel), Steven Harold Prevatte and Gregory Scott Prevatte (Marlo); and his sister Betty Jean Prevatte Stone (Leo). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
