Harold C. Slagle Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2022, at the age of 91, Harold C. Slagle (Lumberton, North Carolina), born in Oberlin, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clayton Slagle and Josephine Clara Grice Slagle; and his wife Anna Faye Prater Slagle. He is survived by: his sister Jeanne Dolores Slagle Dietrich of Casper, WY; his children, Stephanie Ogata (Dalton) of DuPont, WA and Jeffrey Slagle (Bronislava) of Salisbury, NC; his grandchildren, Jonathan Ogata (Leslie), Patrick Ogata and Harriette Slagle; and his great grandchildren, Oliana Ogata and Vera Ogata.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity's Memorial Fund or to Keys for Kids, a charitable initiative established by North Carolina native Ben Folds in partnership with the North Carolina Arts Council and the North Carolina Arts Foundation.
