He was predeceased by: his parents, Haney Haggins and Dessie Haggins; his children, Tabitha Haggins and Harvey Haggins; and his siblings, Mitchell, James, Lonnie, Ruby and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Haggins; his children, Bobby Haggins, Austin Hunt (Courtney), Judy Haggins (Jimmy), Charity Oxendine (Trent) and Kelsey Hunt; his grandchildren, Alexis Haggins, Jeremie Locklear, Chandler Bell, Chloe Bell and Olivia Oxendine; his great grandchildren, Paxton McCartney, Aeshan Hunt, Peyton McCartney, Noah Locklear, Aiden Hunt, Ni'Ava Locklear and Acelyn Hunt; and his siblings, William Haggins and Annie Ruth.
