She was predeceased by: her father Woodrow Jones; her husband Neil Locklear; her son Troy Locklear Jr.; and her siblings, Frank Cummings Jr., Luther Locklear Jr., Tommy Jane Bryant, Vardell Locklear, Ethel Locklear and Blanche Revels.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Locklear of Raleigh and Kim Wright; her close friend Doug Mueller; her sons, Gary Locklear of St. Pauls and Brian Locklear; her close friend Cris Freeman; and her siblings, Nettie Mae Bryant, Daisy Mae Cummings, Eva Mae Oxendine, Clara Mae Worriax, Odell Locklear, Enoch Cummings, Jr., Leroy Cummings "Peanut", Willard Cummings "Tip", Harvey Locklear and Hubert Lee Locklear. She is also survived by seven grandsons and three great-grandchildren.
